2026 POA Board of Directors & Annual Meeting Schedule
The Board of Directors meets six (6) times per year. Except for the Annual Meeting, all are on a Friday and start at 10am.
The 2026 Board Meeting Schedule is as follows:

VNHPOA Open Meeting Policy
- 10am - 10:30am: Homeowners Session Note: Homeowners must contact the Association Manager at shannon@seaside-management.com at least one week prior to the meeting to convey what specific issue or concern you would like to discuss. This will allow the Board to prepare necessary materials for the meeting. The conference room space allows no more than 3 homeowners per meeting.
- 10:30am - 11am: General Session. Homeowners may stay if they wish but cannot participate in any discussions (as per our Village Bylaws-Article VIII; item 5).
- 11am: Executive Session. Non-Board member homeowners are requested to leave. The Board will continue with the rest of the meeting.
- Times may vary for the Homeowners and General Sessions depending on the number of homeowners attending.
- The September meeting is an Executive Session board meeting only.
The VNHPOA Annual Meeting for all members is Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 10AM at The Village Beach Club.
